Shipping Information
Our shipping fees cover the processing of your order, handling and packing your purchased items. Most items are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within 5 (five) business days of when you order has left our warehouse.
Important Update to Urban Quarter delivery fees
Starting on 13th of January 2020, we will no longer offer “Free Delivery” on our furniture orders with no minimum purchase, and instead we have now set a minimum purchase of IDR 5.000.000 on our furniture orders for JADETABEK areas. Orders below IDR 5.000.000, shall incur delivery fee of IDR 350.000 for JADETABEK areas.
Orders outside JADETABEK areas will be calculated based on the delivery fees and additional wooden box needed to protect the furniture.
These fees work together to help cover delivery costs and keep couriers on the road so your items can arrive quickly and reliably.
Return Information
We highly take pride on the quality of all our items. Thus, we ensure the satisfaction on the items you purchased through performing quality measurements before delivery. If for any reason you would like to return this item, please inform us by sending us an e-mail at sales@urbanquarter.com within 30 business days of when item has been delivered to your desired location.
