Yes, we have two beautiful stores currently in Jakarta, one in Kelapa Gading and one in Plaza Indonesia.
Our Kelapa Gading store houses most of our housewares and our clearance furniture pieces, while our Plaza Indonesia store houses our best sellers and new arrival pieces for furniture along with our housewares.
Our Plaza Indonesia store is our largest store at the moment. This store features as well our Urban Quarter Workplace furniture.
However, we recommend you call our Customer Service at 021-22454360, if you are looking to find the samples of specific items you see on our site since the store does not fully house all of our pieces.
Our standard lead time for our furniture ranges from 3-5 weeks and 5-8 weeks, depending on the items.
Our housewares are mostly ready stocks and our processing time takes 2 business days before delivery. Lead times can differ during the year due to the workload.

Yes, you may change the finish to the furniture whether it’s on the wood or steel, however, there might be additional processing time taken for your order.

We accept payment via bank transfers, virtual account payments and credit card payments via our partnering payment gateways, JURNAL and Duitkuu. Installment plans are available only in-stores via Bank Central Asia (BCA) and our Tokopedia platforms.
We do accept cash payments; however, these are only applicable in-stores and not upon delivery (COD).
We do provide free delivery for furniture orders above Rp 5,000,000 for all locations in JADETABEK (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi) areas. Furniture orders under Rp 5,000,000 will be charged with a flat rate of Rp 350,000.
For furniture orders outside JADETABEK (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi) areas, you might be charged with an additional fee for box (packing) and delivery fee, depending on the charges from our partner couriers. Please contact our Customer Service in advance at 021-22454360 to inquire regarding the fees incurred for your order.
For housewares orders, we do provide instant delivery via Grab or Gojek, or delivery via our partnering courier, J&T. Please contact our Customer Service at 021-22454360 as well, should you want your order delivered instantly.
Unfortunately, we do not allow picks up from our warehouse, but we do allow pick-ups only at our Kelapa Gading store.
You may send your company profile and product catalogue to our e-mail at sales@urbanquarter.com and we will contact you once we’ve received and approved. Please note that we only accept vendors supply with only locally made products.
We do offer door-to-door international shipments, please e-mail us in advance to inquire about your order and your delivery details at sales@urbanquarter.com. We will revert to you upon receiving the freight rate for the shipment.
