As the holiday season approaches, we welcome you to join us for our Christmas workshops! If you’re anything like us you can’t quite believe that the time of the year is here. And if you feel unprepared or would like to fill up your time in this festive season, there’s an array of Christmas workshops at the Urban Quarter stores prepared to guide you in decorating your to creative classes to help you celebrate the festivities in style and for you to take home! Find below the classes:
- Christmas Rug Tufting with Rug Labs
Time: Saturday, Dec 3 2022 / 10am – 12pm
Location: Urban Quarter Plaza Indonesia
In this workshop, you’ll get to learn how to tuft your own mini rug and create a Christmas decoration from your creation. You can opt to use a mirror in the rug as you can use it later on at home as a small mirror to be hung on the wall. You may opt for the design of the rug based on Christmas characters, e.g. candy cane, snowman, ginger bread man to Christmas mittens.

2. Christmas Soap Bar Making with Six Scents
Time: Saturday, Dec 10 2022 /2PM – 5PM
Location: Urban Quarter Plaza Indonesia
Learn how to make your own soap bar with cold process method and bring back home your creation of 400 grams of soap bar. Soap bars will be inspired by Christmas colors and once you are able to excel on making them, soap bars are great for a DIY gifting this holiday season!
3. Personalized Christmas Card Workshop with Mariavirlia
Time: Sunday, Dec 11 2022 / 3PM – 6PM
Location: Urban Quarter Plaza Indonesia
Learn the basics of calligraphy writing skills and in this workshop and afterwards, you’ll get to learn how to create a personalized Christmas card for your loved ones! You will be taught how to do hand-lettering using hand-made paper with quotes or holiday phrases.
4. Flower Wreath Making by Beyondbybrigita
Time: Sunday, Dec 11 2022 / 2PM – 4PM
Location: Urban Quarter Kemang
Learn the basics on creating a floral wreath that fits to your Christmas decoration at home! Perfect for hanging on your front door and perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike. After the workshop, you’ll be able to bring back home a 25-30 cm Christmas wreath handmade by yours truly.
5. Christmas Scented Candle Making by Six Scents
Time: Saturday, Dec 17 2022 / 2PM – 4PM
Location: Urban Quarter Kemang
Fancy a holiday scented home? Why not light up a candle that you hand poured yourself. Make your own Christmas themed scented candle with your preferred scent and bring back home with you two jars of 60 grams of scented candles!
